This Payment Policy explains how billing works on Studix, how your payment information is handled, and what you can expect when you subscribe to a paid plan. We have written it in clear language so you can make informed decisions before completing a purchase.

By subscribing to a paid Studix plan, you agree to the practices described on this page in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. We Do Not Store Your Card Details

Studix does not collect, store, or retain full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive card credentials on our servers. Your card information is never saved in our databases or in your Studix account profile.

When you pay for a subscription, payment details are entered and processed through our authorised payment infrastructure. Studix only receives the information required to confirm that a payment was successful and to manage your plan status.

2. Payment Processing Through Dodo Payment

All subscription payments on Studix are handled by Dodo Payment, our trusted payment service provider. Dodo Payment is responsible for securely receiving, validating, and processing your payment information in accordance with industry standards.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment data is transmitted to and managed by Dodo Payment for the sole purpose of processing your transaction. Studix does not have direct access to your complete card credentials.

3. Security of Your Payment Information

We take financial security seriously. Dodo Payment employs robust encryption, secure transmission protocols, and established compliance practices designed to protect cardholder data throughout the payment process.

While Studix does not hold your card details, we work only with payment partners that maintain strong security controls. You should still protect your devices, email accounts, and banking credentials, as these remain important to your overall safety online.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Studix supports international payments through major card networks, including Visa and Mastercard. Where available through our payment provider, you may also complete a purchase using supported digital wallet options offered at checkout.

Available methods may vary by country, currency, and device. The checkout screen will always display the payment options currently supported for your region before you confirm your order.

5. International Payments

Studix is designed to accept international payments from eligible customers worldwide, subject to the rules of our payment processor and applicable local regulations.

If your bank or card issuer applies foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other banking fees, those costs are determined by your financial institution and are outside Studix’s control. Please review your bank’s policies before paying in a non-local currency.

6. Instant Subscription Activation

Paid plans are activated immediately after a successful payment. Once your transaction is confirmed, premium features and plan allowances associated with your subscription become available without manual approval or waiting periods.

If a payment fails, is declined, or cannot be verified, your subscription will not be activated and you will remain on your previous plan until a valid payment is completed.

7. Plan Upgrades and Remaining Balance

If you are already subscribed to a paid plan and choose to upgrade to a higher tier, any unused value or remaining request balance from your current plan will be credited toward your upgraded plan in accordance with our internal billing rules.

This credit is applied automatically when the upgrade is processed so you do not lose the benefit of what you have already paid for. The exact allocation may depend on your billing cycle and the plans involved at the time of upgrade.
